Default Good Messaging not Supported for this type of Handheld

Talk about nightmare - Recently purchased the Q 'Moto" Global 9h - my company uses Good Technology to sync Outlook to pda.

Sounded great - however, when I go to the get.good.com website - it automatically reads the phone and downloads Mobile 6 - When i start the OTA set up - I get the message Good Messaging not supported by this handheld.

At&T says it's not them - I can't get through to Good Link - our IT people are brainless - does anyone know a 'way round' this problem.

You would think the makers of the phone would be able to use their own technology - Good Messaging is Motorola technology.

Default My company uses it for other devices - Treo, etc...

I'm starting to narrow down the issue to Windows Mobile 6. I don't know if Good has caught up to it yet... Does anyone know a work around? I've seen users with Mobile 5 not having issues.....

Can you setup your exchange account by going into Active Sync - Configure Server?
