Default gmail IMAP w/ MotoQ?

IMAP on my Gmail account hasn't been rolled out yet, have any of you gotten it working on your Q yet? Any special tricks necessary? such as "recent:username" for auth w/ POP?

and incase you missed it: https://mail.google.com/support/bin/...n&answer=75725

I set it up and the only "special" things I did was put the incoming server as imap.gmail.com:993 and outgoing server as smtp.gmail.com:587. It works fine, expect when I send a message, and I log into the web version, I see the sent message twice....

Just setup IMAP Gmail on my Q... some quirks or differences than POP3 that I noticed...

1. The Q will only keep/have emails in your inbox, not archived messages... so if you archive in the web app, you won't see it in the Q.
2. Marking as read (or actually reading the message) will mark as read in the Gmail Web App
3. Deleting from the Q will Archive the message and label it "[Imap]/Deleted Items"
4. Messages sent from the Q no longer show up in the inbox on the Q after syncing.

I had heard that IMAP/Gmail would make each of the labels into a folder... haven't seen that yet.

@regression, it's showing up 2x for me too... but not on the recipient side.

Go to folders and manage and you can select which labels to sync as well as All Messages.
