Need Help Freezing issue

hey wats up everyone. i have a problem with my q its from uscellular and recently my fone has been freezing up like crazy in the past two days. it freezes up during a call and texting and im's. does anyone know how to fix this? is there a program i can run. and i already tried a soft reset but it didnt work. i tried it twice and i also pulled out the battery and held the power button because i heard thats another way to reset.

I say try a hard rest. You can find that under start>system tools>hard reset. Be sure to save all your data to your PC or storage card first. Also if you do not use active sync copy your pim.vol file to your PC or storage card. this file saves all your contact info. If that does not work try a software update from the motorola website.
