 |  Forgot Password And Phone Is Locked Is there anyway to by pass the lock feature on the Q without doing a hard reset and losing all of my info. I forgot my password and now I cant do anything with my phone besides receive phone calls. PLEASE HELP!!! |

| did you already change the password previously? if not, on VZW phones, the default password is usually the last 4 digits of your phone number.
