 |  Finding contacts within Q is there any way to locate the contacts within the Q so i can drag and drop them all to my PC. I cant syncronize with Outlook because i don't have an e-mail account i cant do the update unless i get this sorted out |

| You leave a couple of things unanswered, but since you are talking about the upgrade, I assume you are running active sync. You should be able to set AS to sync the contacts which will get your Q contacts backed up. Hope this helps. If not, please be specific about your connections to computer. |

| hey how do u sync with ur calender and contacts i'm way too new at this i do have actve sync running but i don't use outlook. i have media player sync but not the others. i tried to sync with the contacts and calender by going to Tools/options on activesync but it does not let me check the box any help |
