Error messages

Every couple of weeks my motorola stops sending and receiving mail. I restart it and get the following error messages:

poutlook.exe failed to start due to insufficient memory
or
appman.exe failed to start due to insufficient memory

I certainly have plenty of memory left any suggestions? Anyone else experiencing this? I use my motorola in an office environment and it has it's own smtp service on our exchange server.

If I leave the device sit long enough and then restart it again it will eventually continue sending and receiving mail.

Do I need to update my software? Do I need to reinstall everything? What do I do?
