Default error message

Hi,
has anyone run accross this error before:

cfunconditional.cpl.xml

It comes up after the Q boots up. I haven't been able to find an answer doing a search here or on the internet in general.
Thanks
Jack

Sounds like you need to do a master reset. Unless someone can find that file on their phone. and post it here. Master reset would be the easiest if you have your contact list saved with Outlook.

I'll give it a try. Now I'n having a problem with the software update. The software doesn't recognize the device (activesynch does) and the usb driver screen never appears either.
Thanks
