When I try to access my "Text Input Settings" through the settings menu, I get an error that says "The control panel document itapsettings.cpl.XML cannot be loaded. Verify the XML and try loading the control panel again"

What does that mean?

I have fixed my problem by copying the itapsettings file into the windowf folder. if you have not fixed this error yet contact me by email and i will give you the file if you like blank@soon.com
