System Tools or Repair Emergency

Hi guys, I have a real problem with my Motorola Q. Prior to yesterday, my phone had repeatedly informed me that I was running out of space and that I should delete some stuff. I never really got around to it and now I turn it on and it either tells me that there isn't a whole lot of space and freezes or simply proceeds to freeze. I have restarted it numerous times to no avail.

I really don't want to have to clean the entire memory, as I would like to retain the voicemails and messages I have received while my phone has been inactive. Is there any way around this? I really need access to those voicemails. Thanks

The voicemails aren't on the phone, they're on the carrier network. Text messages received by the phone will be lost. If they weren't received, they'll show up when the phone connects to the service.

try and get sk-tools lite on your phone to delete misc. files, etc.
do a backup of your device if you have to using spb or sprite backup.

I donno i get like that damn memory low with like <10mb of space left, and I always find something hanging around on my actual phone to be removed or moved...

But it is a fact that these phones do get bogged down very easily with text messages and the predictatext

You could activesync it and explore from a pc to move some files out of memory. Ought to give you enough wiggle room to clean house.

Just call your cell number from a landline to retrieve your VM.
