Email stuck in Outbox

When I look at my Outbox folder in email it shows 1 email in there.

When I open the Outbox there's no email there??

I can still send and receive emails no problem.

Any idea how to delete it.

Same prob here. Moto support could offer nothing.

I am assuming you all have tried:
-- Menu --> Folders
-- Highlight Outbox
-- Menu --> Delete All

Worth a try if you haven't tried already.....

Tried the Menu delete, don't work.

Problem is the system doesn't think there's a message in the outbox so the delete command isn't avalable its shadowed out...but it shows that there's 1 message in the Outbox..

Have you tried putting another message in the Outbox, and not sending it, then emptying the Outbox as above?

I have the same problem but I have 2 emails that are not there. I was thinking about just deleting the account info and resetting it that way.

yep i tried that and it deleted the message that i had just created. I just deleted and redid the account. now there are no messeges in the outbox.
