Default Email Folders

In my desktop computer Outlook account I added a folder called old mail to store emails I wanted to keep and not clog up my inbox. Is there a way to add a folder to the Outlook folders already on the Q?

you can create subfolders with in your PC Outlook Inbox. whatever the current contents of the subfolders, will be sync with the Q. anything outside of Inbox will not sync with the Q.

to view you subfolder in the Q:
1. open your mailbox
2. press "Menu"
3. select "Folders"
4. press "Menu"
5. select "Show Sync Folders"
6. select your subfolder

Thanks, but that is not what I am trying to do. Under folders I have the following. Deleted Items, Drafts, Inbox, Outbox, Sent Items. What I want to do is add another folder to these titled Old Mail to place items from my Inbox that I want to keep permenently. I do not want to create a folder in my InBox. I have done this on my computer at home in Outlook and I am trying to find out if it is possible to do it on the Q. I have contacted Motorola and am awaiting their response. Thanks for responding, you are only the second person to respond to the many questions I have asked.

I haven't seen anywhere where you can do that without a 3rd party app.
My buddy uses this on his Q to get the sub folders.

it might be better to ask microsoft about its pocket outlook

by design with a default "Outlook E-mail" messaging, only draft, inbox and sent items (maybe also with outbox) can be sync. other folders in the same level will be ignored.
