Echo on Phone

I recently bought two Moto Q phones, one for me and one for the wife. So far everything has been great on both except on my wife's there is an echo that sometimes is just slight but othertimes is pretty severe. Only her voice echos when she is talking on the phone. Any ideas on things to try to fix it?

nevermind I figured it out, I turned down my headset volume and voila no echo.
