Do Text Messages Take Up the Sytems Memory ??

Do the text messages that i have in my phone take up the phones memory ?
i have probly about 3,000 text messages in there and im wondering if its wasting my phones memmory ?

yea probably not
if you want to save them head over to jeyo.com and look at there mobile extender for outlook or the companion (if you dont have outlook) this will allow you to save them to the PC

when i tried to delete them ,
my phone froze .

i just had this coverstation

if you have 3k texts it will take a while to delete them
if you delete all put the phone down for 10-15 minutes and let it go
its got a lot of info to delete...give it time

on that Jeyo mobile companion thing , will it let me delete all the messages off there too ?
because it says select all .. and i do that .. and it jus sits there and doesnt delete hahaa .

yes it will
but listen to me

if you are delete 3k at once it will appear that its not doing anything
use the inbox extender 'delete all' function and just let it be and they will go away after a few minutes

should i take my phones lock off while i do that ?
because i tried this earlier and my phone locked and it stoped deleting so should i take the lock off while it does this ?

yes..unlock it
then
delete them
put the phone down and walk away
