 |  Do Not Put Osx Theme On Your Q!!!!! it messes up your phone! i warn you! i had to take mine in today and since theres not a flash reboot program for black q then they had to give me a new q. but again... not knowing what the actual problem was till just now, (because ive had problems with the q for about 2weeks) i tried doing that theme again and now its doing the same thing. can anyone try to help me. because i really hate to take it in after i just got it and explain myself. hah. seriously. ive had it for just a few hours and its messed up. first i installed it and then noticed the theme didnt go threw so i tryed deleting all the programs and then now im left with having to take out battery and try to clear it out. but it keeps freezing when i try to change settings. |

| did you change your theme back to one that works before you deleted the files? it might be trying to find the files you deleted and since it cant it just locks up

| well...you can plug it in to active sync and try to move those files back to there location...even thought the Q might freeze up active sync should still work...but if not then you might have to reset

| yea i mean hard reset... so you have done a hard reset since you deleted these files and it still does this?
