Custom ringtones for emails from specific people?

Okay, I've looked everywhere for this. I just switched to the Q from a blackberry and on the blackberry there is a filter where you can specify that all email messages received from a certain address are marked as "level 1 messages" or in layman's terms "super duper important." What was cool was that I could assign a specific ringtone to all level 1 messages, meaning that I could make the blackberry silent for all email messages except the important ones.

Soooo...is there a way to do something similar on the Q? All I really want is to hear a notification when certain people email me. Kind of like the custom ringtone for contacts only with email messages.
