 |  Copying Contacts from Treo to Q... I had to reset my Q and i wanted to know if there was a way i could copy my contacts from my old treo to my Q. Anyone know of a way that will save me some time? Thanks Sean |

| yeah i was going to try and sync them to outlook, but apparently when i installed my outlook i forgot to install the file to allow it... and infer-red on the 600 locks the contacts from being beamed to other phones. |

| both? I have done both IR and BT with my 650 which should be somewhat similar. I go into contacts and find send group in the menu and select group all. (on the treo). It should then ask you how you want to send. If you choose IR make sure beam receive is 'on' for the Q and if you choose BT they should already be teamed. Hope that helps. Once you get your contacts over, search for a program called PIMBackup. Its free and I have used it to backup (and restore) contacts on the Q a couple times. |
