Based on what I've seen, most do like the Blackberry. However, I don't work for Sprint. I work for US Cellular. It's not so "techie" a company as Sprint. So maybe that affects how our users respond. Most like the push functionality of the Blackberry, plus the much better battery life. We don't yet carry the CDMA Perl. The 8830 was our last release.
But user appreciate that with a Blackberry, you're not quite so much "out on your own" with it. By that I mean that the Q has to carry out what it does on its own. Blackberry includes servers that do the email retrieval, and then only send the email when there's mail to send. While the Q has to do the whole thing itself.
I don't mean to say one is better. Just that people seem to appreciate what Blackberry service does for them.
