Default Checking emails and text messages

Hi,

I just got my Motorola Q a couple days ago, so I'm still getting used to all the quirks. I have noticed that when selecting the option to read my emails and text messages, it will just take me to the last thing that I viewed. So if I was just checking my email and then I get a new text message, I'll go to check it and it will take me to my Outlook instead. It's very annoying! Does anyone know how to fix this?

If it's the MotoQ (not Q9, cause I haven't used it), you can change your Home Screen to Windows Default, and it will show your email and text count separately instead of on the same line, and then you can go to "email (1)", or "text (1)" for example.

If it's not Windows Default, try one of the other Windows Home screens. I forget which one it is.

Send a message via AIM to n99hockey
Default

or edit the xml file of any homescreen to point to any email account you want and not have to settle for the default screens

almost any screen in the homescreen collection will do that for you
