cant view bank page

when i go to my online banking page and enter my logon name it starts to open up then an eror message comes on the Q and says a script is running that is slowing your phone down and it may become unstable then gives me the option to continue or abort. if i continue it does nothing just sets there with the page blank if i abort it goes back a page any body got info

Not sure, but your bank may be using flash on its web pages. Your phone is not equipped to handle flash. Not sure if that is the reason, just an idea.

It could be a JavaScript issue (I hope a bank wouldn't be using Flash on login pages). Pocket IE supports JavaScript, but not everything in it.

If you give us the bank's URL, we could probably get more specific. If you also give us your login name and password, we'll know for sure.

the banks web page is clarionbank.com i dont know if you can tell anything from the page or not. is there anything i could try to do to my phone to make it compadable with java?

If you were trying to log in to the Clarion Bank Online, that uses JavaScript (not Java) when you click the Login button. However, that seemed to work.

Where you got locked up (and I did, too) was on the password page. I'm guessing that the pbi1961.asp script is the problem. You'll probably have to contact the bank to let them know about the problem.

If you were trying to log in to BillPay (probably not, as you said you entered an ID), that requires Java. You can get Java for the Q, but I haven't ever used it.

I found the same thing. Here I thought it would be great to remotely make online bill payments, transfers, etc, but both my credit union and my bank (Wells Fargo) online sites cannot be uploaded onto my Q past the login/home page.

i am unable to log into wells fargo it says browser not supported
im using a brand new q

Compass Bank works (for all those in the south and west with Compass)

EDIT: Account, Account Details, and Transfers work fine . . . Bill Pay returns no screen

With Bank Of America, it was a little cumbersome, but I made it in to the online banking.
