Default Can the #1 setting on speed dial be changed?

The #1 speed dial position on the Q says that it is "reserved". Is there a way to enter another number in that position? It appears that it is frozen and that I cannot delete it.

Thanks, it did the trick and I have added my password so I can receive all of my messages without having to touch anything else on the keypad..

Actually I didn't use *86. I entered my cell phone number followed by 2 commas then my four digit password, then another comma and finally the # symbol. The comma symbol = a pause.

It looks like this:
917XXXXXXX,,XXXX,#

You can also use p for a 5 second pause, pp is 10 second, etc

so *86pXXXX#
