Default Camera Shot and the Saved shot is different?

I have a VZW black Q, and it seems to me that whenever I take a picture, especially the kids, the picture that is displayed and the final saved picture is different, I noticed this on the Moto SLVR before, and now the Q. This sure sucks as it's hard to take a picture when the subject is moving or turning. any one experience this kind of delay?

Oh boy, so I am not alone then. However I don't see many people discuss this issue in the forum. I guess most people here don't take picture of their kids? :D or don't have kids yet.. :P

Back to topic, I suppose there is no fix for that issue then? Just have to live with it?

If I want a "real picture" I use a real camera.
Bedsides, some of us are past the heavy duty picture taking stage. They are generally occasional and are for things like homecoming or prom. See what you have to look forward to? (just bought a prom dress for my daughter)

I agree with both of you, I have the good camera however I don't carry them everyday, whenever I am at the resturaunt I just like to take a good snap and find out the end result is different than the one that's shown that's all.

scottjb, please don't scare me yet. My daughter is barly 10 month old.. :D

Granted I just got my Q, but the entire OS seems sluggish, and the camera delay just seems to be another part of that. I'd love to pep it up a little bit so it's more responsive, even if it's less pretty. I'm running Windows XP on my computer here and disabled everything "poofy" about it. It looks more like Windows 2000 now, which I love, and moves much faster. I wish there was a way to do that with the Q.

Check to see there is nothing else running in the task manager. It killed all my programs and then i used the camera and it was down right snappy!
