Camera Button Doesn't Work

I have read many of the online support regarding using the camera on the Q - seems pretty straightforward. But, when I push the "camera button" next to the space bar, the "My Pictures" screen pops up. There is no camera option listed on the soft keys or referenced anywhere. Since I got the phone I have never been able to get the camera to work.

I figured I would see if it was a software issue and checked Motrola's website, which told me the phone was out of warranty and therefore was supported for any software updates.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

I have the same problem - did a factory reset with Sprint and that didn't fix it. Did you ever Find a solution?
