Call History

Hello Everyone....quick question. What happened to my Call History? I've had this phone for about a week now and have made and received numerous calls. I am looking at my Call History now and it only had 6 entires in it. Some of the out going calls I made is no longer in there. Any know what happened?

How did you call your history up. from the home screen did you hit the send button or the space bar... or some other way.

Have you recently done a software update or hard (master) reset???... This cleared mine when I did it.

Yeah, the only thing that would wipe out your call history would be an update or master reset.

Hmmm....I don't remember hard resetting. I did turn it on and off via the red button a couple of time in the middle on sending and receiving emails because it was taking too long. Maybe that did it. It seems to be saving one day's worth of call history. Well I'll keep an eye on it this week and see what it is really doing.

When I hit the space bar from the home screen I get the entire history (or at least more than a day)

Have you tried filtering/unfiltering your call history?
