Calendar: Set "Every Third Monday of the Month"

I just purchased the Motorola Q and one of the first things I noticed was that when adding items to my calendar I don't see the option to set an item as something like "Every Third Monday of the Month". I do see options such as this date every month. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

You would probably need to create that in Outlook and then sync. Papyrus won't do that particular schedule either. Don't know about AO, XA or Agendus.
