Battery Charging Problem - Suggestions?

Well... as one of the people that was happier that imaginable with my q, I'm disappointed to say that it stopped charging last night.
Tried plugging it again this morning. Nothing.
Plugged it in via usb at work just now. Nothing.

Resorted to my first master reset. Nothing.

Two weeks in and it looks like I am going for my first return.

Anything else I can try before I go?

sucks.... did you pull out the battery and put it back, maybe double check that the contacts are "touching".

Yes and yes.
The phone still has juice left so it works fine. Just won't charge any further.

Frustrating. For a phone with as much potential as this thing it seems problems outweigh the benefits.

Ah well. We'll see how the switch out goes.

My wife's first Q had a similar problem. We took it back to the Sprint store and they replaced it no questions asked. They said that they've seen a lot of battery issues with the Q's.
