AVAYA One X Mobile

Hi everyone!

I just acquired 2 Moto Q phones for the purpose of evaluating the AVAYA One X Mobile application package. Basically, this application turns the Q into a telephone off of our AVAYA PBX telephone system. Via a special access line and the AVAYA One X Mobile application, the Q can place and receive internal telephone calls and transfer telephone calls on the PBX telephone system.

The problem that I am having is that the two Qs do not work the same. Features that work on one Q do not work on the other Q which is very maddening.

Both Qs have the same OS and the same AVAYA One X Mobile software. I have tried removing the software and reinstalling it but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

At this point in time, I am suspecting that I have two bad Qs with one being worse than the other.

Any thoughts or ideas?
