Anyone out there know of (actually used) a backup / restore software that is reliable and cheap?

Me too... The thought of loosing a week's worth of email configuration, program downloads, etc with no backup really makes me cringe.

If there is a solution, I would really like to know it as well.

From what i hear the BEST program you can get is Sprite backup. I have been an avid fan of sprite backup for quite some time and it backs up EVERYTHING. I am unsure what your definition of "price worthy" might be, but 29.99 was the last i saw it for.
