ARGH Outlook email account on Q not sending

This is a really crazy problem. Say I have an email in the Inbox of the Outlook account on the Q. I hit reply and compose a message. Now my text and the quoted text from the other person is in the body. I hit send. Later I sync my Q with the PC and desktop outlook and the PC actually sends out the mail. The problem is that only the quoted portion of the email gets sent back out and not my typed text. So people essentially get their message back with no response. Anybody else seen this? It used to not do that. In the Outbox on the Q I can open the email and it looks right. After the activesync I look in the sent items on the PC Outlook and only the quoted text is there.

Direct pop accounts work fine.
