Default App unlock with a Mac

I have a Motorola Q that I am trying to app unlock. I have tried all the registry changes but smarktweaker will still not install. I am using a mac. Does anyone know any tricks to getting the Q app unlocked with a mac? Thanks

welcome aboard...

i have AEConfig on my apps page, zipped.. if you have an un-packer (like Resco Explorer or Total Commander - last one is free) you can download and un-zip right on the Q and there you have it..

I downloaded total commander and put it in the windows folder. I am getting an error when I try to run it saying that it is not a Windows CE program. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

cr*p, don't they have a .cab, it's probably an app you have to install via a pc.

They do have a cab....I installed it and it said it may not work properly because it was for an older version. I tried installing a 3rd party app and it gave me the same error.

yes total commander does work but I still get the same error - this program is not a valid windows CE application.
