Any way to change the home screen and internal font size besides what exists?

As far as I know and after speaking to Motorola Q support there is no way to increase the size of the fonts on the home page screen. Internally for virtually everything else you have two settings which are normal and large. The normal is the same size as what also appears on the home page and the large size is huge and takes up too much space. Currently I need reading glasses to see what appears now in their normal size. I don't want to have to put on reading glasses all of the time, especially when I am walking down the street.

Is there a work around for this? Any third party apps?
