Default After I Master Reseted my Q the internet doesnt work

I had to master reset my q because i saved over an important file. Now when i attempt to go on internet explorer it reads "unable to place call" I think i need to set up the proxy again but im not sure any suggestions?

are you with verizon. Have you tried dialing *228 op1 and op2?

If you are on sprint you'll need to enter ##3282# and call. Click restore and enter your MSL. Once the phone comes back on try the web again and it will say unable to place call again. Click the center button and it will say "trying to reconnect with the network." After that the web should work. I'm going to make a How to for this error for people with sprint.

whats MSL or service code. How do i find out what mine is?

It's a master lock code. You can call into customer service and ask for it directly. It should be noted that the suggestion I made is for the Sprint Q only.

the simpliest way to fix the internet problem is to update your vison profile..it works like a charm every single time i had that problem..i know sprint has vison im not sure what evry other carrier has..but go to your settings, hit G,G,G,A and your should be able to to a update to your service..hope this helps..

or disablw your sprint pcs vision then re enable it

no disabling wont work cuz it gives you that option when you try and log onto the internet..the only way i found was to update the vison setting on your phone..
