Smile Adobe Flash for Moto Q W/Windows Mobile 5.0

There is a new Beta Program for smartphones that is being develop by abobe called Flash Lite 2.1 and if you follow the link, you might be able to download it here: http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/flashlite_wm5/ you must register first with adobe in order to download it.

there is more information here: http://www.flashdevices.net/2006/09/...r-windows.html

or if you like to watch PPS files here is one: http://brew.qualcomm.com/brew_bnry/p...202.1%20PDF%22

After i install the new software it did not work but I sent a e-mail to Adobe with the following problem : I followed the instructions for installing and activating the Flash Lite 2.1 for WM5 on my Motorola Q smartphone. But every time I launch the Flash Player Lite application it says I haven't activated it yet. I went to the site 3 times and entered my information, but it hasn't changed the activation error. Any suggestions? and this is what they sent me back. "Hi,

* Please un-install 'Adobe Flash Lite' from your phone.

* You will need to re-install FL2.1

* Please re-register as prompted upon the first launch of FL2.1

This would solve the problem.

Regards,

Vijayan.
After that this is what happens:

After waiting a couple of hours, I recycled the device, launched the Flash Lite player, and it works! Maybe there's a latency on the registration process with Adobe's servers? Or I suppose it could have been an Internet connection issue of some sort. I was not connected to the PC with ActiveSync. I was using the EVDO high-speed connection through VZW.

I was able to download the file and install it on my Q. I did a google search on Adobe Flashlite 2.1 and found the website.

After installing it, it doesnt seem to work correctly. Anyone else running into problems?

It sucks. It wouldn't open any SWF file over 1.5MB or so. And the ones that would open were skipping lots of video frames to stay in sync. Oh well. Also, it doesn't provide an IE plugin for web pages either.

Did you find something similar there? I appreciate the help, but I am very bad in looking for stuff in a site like that. Any other suggestions or maybe a direct link? Does anyone watch videos online in a video site and could help me to know how to do it.

Youtube says I either have my java script turned off (who knows man, I dont) or that I dont have the correct flash player, so can anyone help in what that means?

thank you

AHA, looks like the Google gestapo got to them!

So now they had to take all their YouTube content off and blah, blah, blah....

Other than this, you will have to use the search function at the top of the forum. Do some digging, you will definitely find your answer!
