Default Adding Email Folders

Has anyone figured out a way to add folders to an email account? I'd like to have a place to move emails I want to save but not leave in my Inbox. Thanks.

I have found that this is only possible with IMAP accounts. And even then, the folders have to exist on your IMAP server.

Thanks. Do you know of a free IMAP provider where this works?

My IMAP accounts are with my web hosting provider. I don't know of any free IMAP accounts. Maybe somebody else on the forums can help.

In an Outlook/Windows Server 2003 wireless sync scenario, I have found the only way to do this is to create the folder inside your inbox, then you have to have at least one email in there less than 7 days old (the default unchangeable "maximum to keep" value in wireless sync). If you do this, the folder will show up on your Q automatically. Again, after the 7 day age limit has expired, the folder will no longer show up on your Q. Lame.
