ActiveSync Problems - Motorola Q Forum

I am syncing my Q with my outlook calandar at work. I do also add in personal appointments directely onto my Q. The problem I am having is that when I sync my Q, it not only syncs my work calandar with my Q's calandar, the Q's calandar (which I have added my personal appointments to) is then synced with my work calandar.

I only want to sinc in one direction.....how do I do this??

I think activesync only does two way sync.

If that is the case, is there a different program that is recommended???
