ActiveSync no longer connecting

I was running the Motorola Software Update and stopped before STEP 2. The instruction said to
1) disconnet USB from computer
2) power off/on Q
3) reconnect USB to compter
When reconnecting, Q does not connect to Active Sync and can't continue the remaining Motorola Software Update.
Any thoughts on how to get ActiveSyn to connect again?

I was able to fix the problem. Just reinstall ActiveSync.
