It sychronizes with Outlook and they're stored in a PST file providing you're not using exchange.

You can view them by opening outlook and clicking on contacts.

Thanks. Noiw I have ALL my contacts, including business, on my Q, which I don't necessarily want. Can I organize my contacts within Outlook on my PC by Personal vs. Business and either only Sync one catergory or at least have them organized the same way on my Q?

Short answer, yes.

You can use categories and filter by category on your phone itself by going to the menu soft-key, then filter. So ALL your contacts are on your phone, but you only see the ones you want.

Thanks again. Now, everytime I go back into Contacts after exiting, it defaults to All, which forces me to have to then manually filter. Can you set it to default to a particular filter?

You may be able to set activesync to only sync certain categorys instead. I'm not sure though, I don't use Activesync with my PC
