Default A horrible situation

I bought a Q on ebay it was used I got the phone and really liked it it had a couple minor problems like vibrating for no reason and shutting off for no reason every once in awhile, I also had problems with charging the phone and it actually draining the phone instead. I had a 14 day warranty on the phone and day 15 my phone decides to not start up and stay stuck on the verizon screen. Now I have a 100 dollar and 30 more dollars i spent on the batter piece of junk and I lost all the phone numbers i had on my contact list. I have had a horrible Q experience. I guess I'm going to use and old phone until I work long enough to afford a new phone backed by verizon! I guess the moral of the story is do not buy a used Q on the internet even though they are only 100 they will ruin your life!!

Any suggestions on what to do with my lifeless Q? I guess try to sell it on ebay (noted that it doesnt work of course!) for the parts or something.. anyone here collect broken Q's??

before you junk it, maybe try a master reset. Turn the phone off and then (while holding the center button on the D-pad) power the phone on and keep holding the center button until you are asked to do a master reset.
*you will lose all information from the phone*

When you bought it, was it from an individual seller or from a seler with an ebay store? If it was from a store they tend to be willing to help you out if you contact them.
