not much, i did add a few programs to the phone (that it needed) but not much on my own personalization, like registry stuff, which i know nothing about. and if i did a master reset would i have to install all the programs again. and if they are already installed in the active sync will that program im trying to get rid of be re-installed. thanks for all your help.

installed programs need to be re-installed after a master reset. did you try to un-install the program as suggested ?

hope this answers your question.

almost my exact words from last week (without the typo :}... a master reset ain't that bad, i was back to where i started minus the issue why i did a reset within about an hour and a half, and hey there are worse things then "playing" with your Q for an hour and a half :}

Are you seeing that icon on your homescreen? If so it will go away as you use other programs. Also. When you uninstalled the program did it fix the font problem?
