Post 2 Q's on one computer & one Outlook?

I am new with the Q's. My brother recommended them so I have gotten them for both myself and my wife. I am looking for some help. I have installed the Device Center (I have Vista) and Outlook. What I want to do is share all the data and sync both phones to the one Outlook, however it keeps asking me to set up a new user in the Device Center after I have sync'd the other phone and I keep on doubling alot of my data and have to do a master reset on the phones and then start over. Does anyone have an idea on how to use 2 separte phones on one Outlook so that my wife and I don't have to have 2 totally different calendars, that way she can put things in and when I later sync I will have all the new info, and vice versa. Thanks in advance for any help. (other than this problem I am enjoying the phone).

welcome aboard....

i use XP & Active Sync and have not yet seen WMDC in action, anyway in Active Sync you can set it to replace items on the device.. that may be what you want to check, if that's also in WMDC.
