Default 2 Probs, Voicecommand and VM Password

Hi there, I am having two problems. Both these problems have existed through 3 different replacement units.

The first one is, everytime I go into my Voicedialing the names speed is all the way up. This causes the program to quit right away because I am not quick enough.

Second problem is, the device never saves my VM password. Ie. I go into call options and under voiceman i add a pause and the password.

Does anyone know why it may not be saving what I put in there? Any anwer is much appreciated.

What carrier do you have?

Sprint has an option to not require voicemail password when calling from your own handset. This is in the voicemail options. Verizon may have the same? I know most carriers do now-a-days.

Verizon doesn't have that option. But is what you're saying is that when you go back into the settings, it's reverted?

I used to have:

*86pp1234#

as my voicemail number and never had an issue.
