What is the deal then...this does not do anything or is it just for some of the first Q's that came out

Im not sure if I really want to upgrade. I dont want to have to reinstall all of my apps, and reset custom settings. If anyone updates please list the positives and negetives after the update....

I've been through installing and configuring and reinstalling and reconfiguring so many times now.. Every time I've talked to VZW they've had me do a Master Reset.. what's one more time to me?

Upgrade, here I come!!

I've notice on qusers there is an update that someone is currently installing. Does anyone know anymore about this?

Frames!!!! Thank God for frames...
Updated Start menu (4x2 icons...)

Ability to use Exchange sync similar to Treo700w (SMS msgs)
Built in Modem link (no hack req'd).... not sure about bluetooth though...

This update is great.... too bad it still won't wash the damn dishes....

well sadly it is not yet being released to the public and does not contain all the updated items that were mentioned earlier. i have upgraded to it and the frames problem was what i was hoping it fixed but it did not.

i noticed a few changes but nothing worth upgrading and re-installing all your 3rd party software for. i would wait until the final public release.

it only states that it fixes :

- expand push email capabilities
- let you use the phone as a modem
- fixing hearing aid capabilities

but i noticed :

1. the phone seems to be a little quicker getting around
2. i really like the new start menu with more icons per page
3. i have been messing around with the modem settings and it seems that i havent been able to lock up the phone regardless of whether i disconnect (deactivate) first or not
