 |  10,000 + Messages cant delete? I have 3 months worth of text messages in my inbox and out box and I'm trying to find an easy way to delete them. I know that there is a delete all button (I've pressed it). When I press it my phone freezes. At first I just thought this was normal. So I left it on all night thinking that by when I wake up they will all be deleted, but when I woke up to see my phone none of the messages were deleted. I've tried tried deleting them one by one, but I got to about 1,000 and my fingers started hurting so I stopped. So does anyone know of an easier way to delete the messages from the Q that won't freeze my phone and will be fast and easy? Thanks |

 |  head to www.jeyo.com and download either the mobile extender (if you have outlook) or the mobile companion if you dont and delete them with the PC i recommend the mobile extender since it uses outlook you get an option called 'empty sms folder on device' and then you pick the folder to remove the messages in for the future i would delete more often

| yes i got them on the computer and tred to delete them there. I left it on for about an hour letting it delete and I looked at my phon and it was frozen and the computer had frozen. Is there someting wrong with my phone? Because I was able to back them up all 25,086 of them? well the inbox. I dont want to have to master reset when I can just get a new phone and I dont even know if master reseting will do the trick. I'm thinkin about just deleting some of the registry and take my phone i and say its broken and just get a new one free. I just don't have the time for deleting them all 1 by 1? |

| 25000!? i think you might need more than an hour i think you might be stuck going 1 by 1 or do the master reset...its less of a hassle than returning the phone and yes the reset will remove the texts from the phone just back up the rest of the phone and you should be ok
