  |  how do i back up my contacts i need to do a hardware reset but want to ensure that ill have my contacts list. i need a step by step instructions like 1 - 10. my phone company is close for the holidays and my phone just needs a reset now! lol i dont no much about file names and programs but if its put in a basic form then i shall be fine n dan-dee. thanks!

| so if i dont hav outlook or the other program to crack.. is there not a free program to use and have my contact list backed up?

| after the pim.vol file is on my desktop that means that my full contact list is saved. whats next after that? im sorry i just want to be safe and not to lose my list, theres about 400 contacts. so excuse my innocents.
