considering the time spent thus far, seems like it would be quicker if not easier to push the "easy button". Plus as mentioned..will give a good clean start.

if he still doesn't want to, uninstall as much as possible.. run Sklite's memory cleaning utilities and see if an improvment has been made

lol i wish i had an easy button, i might have to do the dreaded master reset. i was trying not too, because i have so many nintendo games and apps i got from this site and putting them all back will be a pain.i have seriously tried every available method except the last due to the memory shortage. im gonna try for a few more daysand see what happens.. thanks for the help, if anyone has any other ideas let me know., i really do have in upwards of 10000 texts so maybe allhope is lost

if you are short on memory try moving items to the PC via active sync and then install the program
of if you dont have a PC email it to yourself
or get an SD card and put them there
