Default Wifi Card with Memory

Why don't wifi cards have memory on them. And, do you guys think this will change any time soon? Spectec already makes a SD GPS receiver with a microSD slot. I can't see why the same isn't possible for wifi cards.

Should we Spectec lobby? Who's with me?!

I noticed on your product page that you have a SD GPS receiver with a microSD slot. I really need a wifi card with memory for my Motorola Q9M. Have you considered developing a similar product in wifi cards?

The Q1 might have a hard time with this, but Spectec touts its wifi cards as low power, so it might be okay. Either way, the card should work fine with the Q9s.

That would be really great, having given up my Q9m's storage for wifi (too cheap for a data plan right now) isn't so great, but that would be.

I remember seeing a new SD memory card that has wifi built in. They are advertising them for Cameras to be able to sync with a computer over the air. Should work with the Q though.

The only ones I've seen are full-size SD, too big to fit in a Q.

That's the Eye-Fi SD card. Like Comptiger says, it's full size so it won't fit. Besides having a slot for and SD card is better because then you can control and switch out the amount of onboard memory.
