Topram 4gb minisd, can someone help me out?

I just got a topram 4gb but its not formatted as fat32. Im having trouble formatting it on my pc.


For one; I have a built-in SD card reader and my pc isn't recognizing it.

two; I tried using the usb card reader that the ebay guy sent me and my pc is recognizing that i have a "usb mass storage device" and when I go to my computer, its listed as "G drive". However, I tried clicking into it and I get an error message.

I tried right clicking it but it freezes for a minute. Once the dialog pops up I hit "Format" and nothing happens.

Ive heard that I need to format it using dos.

Is that true?
