Thanks, robotphood...
I took my chances and bought a BT60 which arrived yesterday.-
Yes, it works, but i noticed that after charging it for 4-5 hours the Q does not display the "charge complete" message (with chrge indicator full of bars).- With my old battery this message appeared after 2 to 2½ hours... another thing I would like to know is what the 4 battery contacts are fore... Obviously one must be (+) and another one must be (-)... What are the remaining two contacts for? Could it be that these contacts are for charge indication and that there are differences between batteries??
Regards...

Does it notify "charge complete" at all? I had a mugen 1300mah slim battery that didn't notify of a complete charge either. After getting a dock w/ spare battery charger it blinked red which meant a defective battery. I emailed mugen and they asked me to send it back. The battery operated perfectly fine though.

Today I will try again and see what happens...

If you're looking for extended battery life, the BT90, (1700 mAh) is the Motorola OEM "Extended" battery. It will work fine in the Moto Q series, but you'll need to buy an extended back door. On eBay there was a 2200mAh battery for sale that had the same form factor as the BT90. The OEM BT60 battery has a capacity of 1000 mAh.
