 |  miniSD - Standard vs Ultra II (2GB) I've got a Sandisk 2GB miniSD (standard) currently, and I experience very choppy playback of 700kbps music videos downloaded from Yahoo Music in both WMP and TCPMP. Anyone know of the performance benefit I would expect from "upgrading" to a Sandisk 2GB miniSD Ultra II? Or maybe something else I can do to make playback smooth(er)? |

| Some say the faster cards work better because of the better read/ write speeds, but I only use Ultra II for my digital cameras and stay with the standard sd cards for my phones. Try looking up a video on youtube and paste the url into www.vixy.net This will convert it to a file that is compressed and should play smoothly on tcpmp. If not, then its the card.

| I would think he meant about card reading speed? I think that is firmware dependent also I use about 500kbps for videos, they are fine but some pixalated, maybe a bad encoder on my part Also using 15 fps instead of 30 should help, divide FPS by 2 to avoid audio sync problems |
