Default Help me decide on a battery.

I like the Q's form factor but still considering the 'Big Bertha' 3200mAH battery just because it's only $10 more than the 2100mAH.

I'd like to order today, so please vote.

After making this poll I realized another option could be 2 OEM extended batteries.

I have a Q9m with the Seidio 2100, it's a great battery, and the same size as the OEM extended. I would have considered the 3200, but it's a little big, and they don't make a door for it on the Q9.

Do you think it's worth $35 for the extra ~400 mAH compared to the OEM extended battery?

That's the only part that's making this decision tough.

Lucky, I voted for the middle one b/c I suspect the other one is TOO bulky and the OEM extended battery just doesn't have that much more juice than the original battery.

You bet! Let us know what you decide. I've been eyeing the extended batteries for myself, but my Q is acting funky and I'm not sure if I am going to end up with a Q9... don't know if the batts are interchangeable...

I'm stuck for another year at least... not a bad phone to be stuck with though, especially once you learn the ins and outs and get the software figured out (what's good and what's junk).

I bet I wasted over $100 on software I'll never install again.

Leaning toward the Seidio 2100 now... I've had mixed results with OEM batteries in the past... some days my Q amazes me with battery life, others it just ticks me off.

ITA about the software. Too bad my replacement Q is acting up now and I'm not sure what to do about it. I really don't want to go drop cash on a Q9m IF Verizon might get the Q9c later... but then again, not being able to hear callers is a bit of a downer...

$35 difference!? For me (q9m) it was a $7 difference between OEM extended and Seidio 2100. Shop around a bit for both, see what you find.

eBay OEM Motorola Q battery - $20 shipped
Best price I can find on the Seidio is $55 shipped

A difference of $35

And both include a color matched door.
