F/S Speck Tough Skin Holster

Opened and used for one week. Issue: hard time getting the phone out of the holster is frustrating. Rather than damaging the rubber case or holster I have decided to sell it. I am asking for $20.00 + shippping.

I tried for over a month to use this case. I even took an Exacto Knife and cut out the part of the infrared so I could use that. The biggest problems I had were as follows...


1. The rubber is too "sticky" to put in and out of your shirt pocket easilly. I resorted to my pants pocket.. Big mistake...

2. The Plastic screen protector they provide didn't prevent scratches. I don't know how but I have a couple I didn't before.

3. The holster is useless. Does Speck try out it's own products first? It's utter crap!

My advice to you, Henry, is not to try to sell your crappy case... LOL. Call Speck and complain like crazy and they'll probably give you the money back. If you bought it at Staples go back there and return it.. Maybe you can get your money back...

I wouldn't buy a Speck now for 5 cents..

I don't mean to cause any problems here, but that post is in poor taste Jim.

Posting what you had is very good info, but it should be a post elsewhere, not in someone's f/s thread.

If someone comes across this f/s thread and goes through with a transaction without searching for product info/reviews here at E.Q., or elsewhere, then shame on them.

Again Jim, I mean no ill feelings, just pointing out something I feel rather strongly about.

Tell you what Rags.. If I start a thread where I basicallly say I don't like a purchase and I want to sell it and break even (for the most part, Staples sells the Speck Toughcase for $29.99) YOU can post on my thread.. I don't know what the problem is.. I even told the poster to call Speck or return his product to where he purchased it..
